The VCD
Putting this to VCD was easy since I had a pristine source to work from. What I had to work with was a Will Vinton screener tape (VHS). The video was in perfect condition with no apparent degradation. I doubt it was played more than five times. Of course it was recorded in SP and hi-fi stereo.

As usual, the audio was hot, so I had to run it through my DAT deck and adjust the levels. After that, it was crystal clear.

This is easily the best quality VCD I have made of this series, both in terms of audio and video. The SVCD I made looks like DVD quality.
