Run away! This bootleg is a crummy ripoff from the video.

This is the audio from the video of Jones Beach, NY June 6,1995. The video is decent, but the cd is a very poor job of CD mastering. This CD has everything the video has to offer and much less.

As for the set list, they play a decent, long set with all the favorites and highlighted by the piano/vocal arrangement of "A Man I'll Never Be". But all through the concert we are treated with the life's story of some Brooklyn chick as she and her friend talk endlessly. You just want to smack her and say "Shut the fuck up!" Why do people go to concerts just to gab with their friends? On the plus side, Boston turns in a great performance.

Sound quality is decent, but is loaded with flaws. There are several dropouts, left/right channel sync problems, and video tape noise. It's embarrassingly sloppy. Bootlegs are well known for being less than perfect, but this is just too distracting. And to top it all off, the editing is completely sloppy. In fact, I'd say the editing of this bootleg sucks.

The quality of the artwork fits within the standard set so far, maybe a tad better: basically not-spectacular. The two-disc set comes packaged in the double-sized "chubby" case. The front artwork is actually a pretty decent rendition of the Third Stage mothership. The back is basically black with the songs listed. No photos of Boston members are to be found anywhere.

If you are on the fence about getting this one, keep in mind that the video actually sounds better and is not loaded with sloppy edits. Also, keep in mind that there are plenty of other recordings floating around from this tour that are of much better quality.
