Not as Rare as Alive but still very rare. Get it if you can't find Alive.
According to Hot Wacks, this boot was recorded from the Alive bootleg LP which was recorded from the King Biscuit Flower Hour radio broadcast in June 1977. This too has the rarest songs - The Guitar Solo, This Time, and Television Politician so it seems as good as its predecessor, and it almost is.
Since this was recorded professionally, the sound quality is top notch. The performance is intense as well, highlighted by an extended rockin' version of Smokin'. Unlike Alive the song order has been preserved, but there are still missing cuts. The sound quality is just a tad less clear as well and has been pitched a bit slow.
The artwork features two photos shamelessly stolen straight out of the Rolling Stone article of the same name, along with the typefaces. Subtract two points for creativety. Nonetheless, the photos are interesting featuring Tom Scholz slam dunking a basketball, and the band riding in the back of a limo.
